Personal development does not have to be delivered by 'serious' or formal guys. Momo is (i dont know much about him) but he more looks like a rocker. He has many video blog in YouTube. I like most of the video that I had watch. This is one of good thing that come up from youtube. Check him out,

- copy paste to frontpage/NVU/WinWord or any possible media :)

David Seah is a blogger focus on design, development, inspiration, productivity, and empowerment.
One of his famous subjects is printable CEO. It's a concept and tools to keep productivity especially for those who work by them self. Cause they don't have a CEO to direct and remind them what important for their business. So they need to print a CEO for them.

They are some other more interesting thing come out from him, one that I like & use is Emergent Task Planner. Using this ETP, we suppose to:

- list the things you need to do for the day
- estimate how long they'll take (up to 4 hours…if it's longer, break it up)
- Figure out where in the day you'll do them
- block out the time, and stick to the schedule

His fancy template really make it fun to use.

Jadi isinya memang menceritakan perjalanan panjang yang sekarang sedang dilakukannya bersepeda dari Jakarta – Aceh – Jakarta – NTT – Jakarta. Baca saja catatannya.
Disana juga ada perjalanan terdahulu yang pernah dia lakukan dari Jakarta – Puncak Rinjani – Jakarta. Barangkali bila nanti sempat ketemu dijalan boleh langsung disapa, atau kalo mau traktir juga boleh :)

• In forum I feel we have to be bit careful share a though with audiences. They could be cruel, cause they feel they ‘own’ the forum. This could discourage a ‘new’ writer.
• In forum my post are disorganize, like throwing a rock in a lake.
• But audiences are a lot, my post could be useful to more people and I could get more comments – including sharp one .. hehe

• In blog, I can write freely, it's my own ‘house’. People habitually more polite.
• In Blog my post is more organized, like throwing a rock to a rock-box ;).
• In blog, in the beginning I might not get a lot comments. So, if I want people to read my post, I have to socialize right.

then will blog be more popular then forum?

• I would like to have a clipping of interesting-thing-in-my-life, archive-of-my-though. Where I can take a look back. See what had bring interest to my life in the past. Each post carried a particular emotion to me.
• Something that I can refer back when I need it.
• Something that I can share with others. Its nice if someone found our post is useful or bring some interest with him or her.
• To practice a little bit on my lousy english.

• Use a common word, a single word & avoid phrase. ‘Hiking’ is better that ‘hobby-hiking’. A word that can commonly use when other user search for a topic/article. So someone can find your article easily (for me blog is like a clipping of things that intresting to me and I like to share around. So I would like to help other to find my article easily).
• For an idea, try to browse in yahoo, google or MSN directory for a common use word [sample]. Or any site of online shopping. Usually they have categories to help user to search around.
• Decide how descriptive it should be. Considering how many post will come under a tag. Do you need ‘outdoor’ or a more specific ones like ‘hiking’, ‘rafting’ and ‘climbing’. If I think they will only be 1-2 article for ‘rafting’, ‘climbing’ or ‘biking’, then I will use ‘outdoor’. Later on we can change that again if needed & if you have time.
• Try to figure out what tag you might need in the next 1-2 years. List them down, put in your blog in necessary & refer it back when needed. My tag will be be ‘news’, ‘outdoors’ (I am not use 'hiking', cause for this time that was too specific) ‘traveling’, ‘books’, ‘tech’, ‘wellness’, ‘productivity’, ‘personal’).
• Combine some tag if possible. You can combine ‘outdoor’ with ‘photography’ of ‘wellness’ with ‘tech’. If numbers of post are a lot, this could be used to specify a search.
